PARDES 2015 

PARDES October 2015 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Inspired by Singapore's City in a Garden where one is greeted with bountiful flora and fauna. Over the years Singapore has introduced more flowering species to beautify the city, including streetscape gardens and skyward greenery.
 

Guerlain Kiss Kiss Tokyo Japan 2016

Chef Janice Wong was comissioned by Guerlain to created 2 installations in Tokyo tower for Guerlain kiss kiss lipstick vip launch. Chef Janice took inspiration from the shades of red colour palette and emotions and intimacy which the products evocates. KissKiss: Immediate evocation of temptation, The SPIRAL of kisses incites emotion and versatility.
 

Tiffany & Co Masterpieces 2015, Singapore

TIFFANY & CO "NEW YORK SKYLINE" Designed for Tiffany & Co Masterpieces Singapore. The event was graced by celebrity Reese Witherspoon in Singapore October 2015 where Chef Janice put together hundreds of kgs of chocolate into the skyline of New York City and complimenting the skyline is 3500 sugar diamonds and chocolates.

2am: experience 2am: experience is an extension of 2am: lab. It takes on a multi-disciplinary approach that not only delivers food, but also it has been modeled to set out to create new extraordinary experiences for different clientele.

 

Luminous Hanging Garden 2015, Singapore

Luminous Edible Hanging Garden by Chef Janice Wong Celebrating Singapore's city in a garden, this edible art showcases flora and fauna in a very imaginative way. Featuring over 2000 sugar flowers of 2 varietals, Orchids and hanging hybrid flowers. Chef Janice creates interactive, edible art for imaginative souls, in an era that craves personal expression and embraces nostalgic pleasures.
 

Mexico 2014

6 Installations were created in Live Aqua Hotel Mexico City. An impressive 4.2m x 2m tall Cacao Barry Chocolate Painting with chocolate popcorn canapés served from 5m high, Chocolate Balloons, Tequila Gum drop balls, Mezcal Jelly shots on sugar plates, Marshmallow cube paintings inspired by the 4 seasons and Movement in standstill which is 5 Bamboo Chocolate poles standing at 3m tall with a Lime Tequila chocolate chewing gum edible experience.
 

Miami Art Basel, 2013

One of the pop ups for 2013 Art Basel Miami includes Chef Janice Wong solo installation in Astor Hotel Miami. Chef Janice has carefully crafted 4 edible art installations. PERCEPTION This edible art is inspired by the evolution of life. Always moving, always changing.

Flavours of Heritage This installation of edible art is inspired by my home and birthplace Singapore. Since gaining our independence in 1965, Singapore has grown to become one of the world's leading commercial hubs and a renowned food capital in her own right.
 

Chocolate Fashion Show 2013, Singapore

Chocolate Fashion Show at WGS 2013 Singapore featuring Chef Janice Wong, Asia's pastry chef of the year, Asia best 50. Spanish pastry chefs Paco and Jacob Torreblanca, as well as local chef-owner Janice Wong of 2am: dessertbar will create couture chocolate designs for Miss World Singapore contestants to model, complemented by dazzling jewellery pieces by Hearts On Fire, The World's Most Perfectly Cut Diamond.
 

Singapore 50th Celebrations 2015, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This edible art work is specially created by Chef Jancie Wong for SG50 celebrating Singapore's golden jubilee. The base is an outline of our city painted with chocolate. 3500 chocolates and marshmallows line the city map.
 

Hanging Edible Garden 2015, Singapore

GLENFIDDICH "HANGING GARDEN" August 2015 Edible Art Experience Thousands of orchids and thistles were hand crafted and moulded to be hung on a 7m hanging platform. In celebration of Singapore's golden jubilee and in collaboration with Glenfiddich, Chef Janice creates an edible hanging garden experience for the guests to enhance their dining experience.

Janice Wong Dessert Bar Tokyo

"JANICE WONG" for the first time will open in Japan at NEWoMan, a commercial facility of Shinjuku Station's New South Exit Area (alongside Koshu Kaido ticket gates of JR Shinjuku Station) on Friday, April 15, 2016. In 2007, Janice Wong opened "2am:dessertbar" in her native Singapore and introduced assiette de dessert, plated desserts with alcohol which established a brand new dessert experience.
